How We Work

Everything your body needs. One session. One provider.

At TTR, we don't separate chiropractic from rehab from recovery. Every visit is built around you — what your body needs that day, where you are in your season, and where you want to go. This is what sets us apart.

The TTR Performance Session

Most clinics give you one thing per visit. We give you all of it in one plan unique to you.

Every session is built from these components — combined and customized based on what your body needs:

Chiropractic & Manual Therapy — Targeted adjustments and hands-on care to restore proper movement, reduce pain, and address the root cause — not just the symptom.

Soft Tissue Work — Muscle release, myofascial therapy, and targeted mobilization to break down restrictions and get you moving freely again.

Rehabilitation & Movement — From foundational mobility work to sport-specific strength and power — performed in clinic, with a plan to continue at home.

Modalities — Dry needling, cupping, taping, and other tools applied where and when they'll make the biggest difference.

Performance Integration — We don't just treat the injury. We connect your recovery to your sport, your position, your season. We can also connect you as needed with our performance network of top providers, trainers, and professionals in sports and medicine.

You won't experience all of these every session — but every session is built around what moves the needle most for you that day.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS

TTR Performance Screen

Single Screen

Know where you stand before the season starts.

The TTR Performance Screen uses advanced performance testing technology and techniques used by professionals to identify movement deficiencies, injury risk factors, and performance gaps before they become problems.

RECOVERY ROOM

Recovery isn't optional. It's part of the process. TTR's Recovery Room is equipped with Hyperice recliners, a variety recovery tools and Normatec compression systems — the same tools used by professional teams for post-game and post-practice recovery. It's available before or after your session to accelerate what we started in treatment.

Speedy Recovery — 15 min

Quick compression session. Best used immediately after treatment or when you're short on time.

Power Recovery — 30 min

Standard post-practice or post-game session. Reduce soreness, flush inflammation, and protect your body for the next training day.

Maximum Recovery — 60 min

Extended recovery when your body needs more. Rotate through multiple recovery tools in one session.

The Recovery Room is exclusively available to TTR patients.

By integrating adjustment, soft tissue therapy, exercise, and other modalities into each visit, we aim to provide personalized care that addresses immediate concerns, builds resilience to future issues, and optimizes performance. You can plan to experience some or all of these services during your visit as well as patient education and a follow up plan.
